It's easy for customers to use which makes it more convenient for them. I like how they are always improving their products so I can't wait to try new features out as well! The customer service is great too because all my emails get back within 3 hours usually even before 12 if you request an email response right away. Sometimes when using this software sometimes there will be errors but nothing serious just minor problems at times such as crashing or freezing occasionally but other than those very little issues have occurred in regards to DTS. Overall everything works fine and i would recommend getting this product especially since everyone seems excited about its capabilities! Nothing bad has happened yet besides some slight technical glitches here and there. But overall things work good enough so far no complaints. If any then maybe they could fix these small bugs ASAP!! Customer Support (especially via live chat) really helps speed up resolution process which saves me a lot of time compared to.
