I like that it is easy to use for multiple users with different roles in an organization (ease of setup). It can be difficult at times when there are issues or questions about how things work within dSpace itself as well as other aspects related to using this software across your institution/organization's campus network / infrastructure - but these problems tend not go away over time so you have learn them through trial by error. Try out some training sessions if possible! Make sure people understand their role(s) before they start working collaboratively online via our digital repository system; make clear what each person needs access too from both internal staff members who will need permissions set up appropriately AND external partners such as faculty we collaborate wtih outside institutions etc.- otherwise collaboration may suffer due lack thereof. We're solving several challenges around providing students more easily accessible research materials which helps us increase student.
