I first bought an Oral-B Deep Sweep 1000 electric rechargeable electric toothbrush and have since tried several brush heads including the Dual Clean. This is one of the medium-sized brush heads for Oral B, but can still feel quite large due to the moving parts at the base of the brush - it may seem uncomfortably large for children and people with smaller mouths at first, but it can be easy to get used to. . The lower part of the brush head moves from side to side, the upper part rotates. In terms of cleaning ability, I didn't notice any noticeable difference between this and Deep Sweep (where both parts move from side to side). I personally prefer the Deep Sweep, which has a large head and a movement that most closely resembles a classic toothbrush. However, this is just a personal preference and both are great for the job. Mechanically they are strong and reliable, I always replace the nozzles for hygiene reasons and not for wear and tear. The best thing about using Oral-B is not only the "clean" feeling, which is better than any manual toothbrush, but also the control of pressure on the gums - I regularly bleed a little after brushing my teeth and I still do never happened Oral-B, over 1 year use. I wish they were a little cheaper, but in the end this is the best toothbrush I've ever tried.
