Professionally installed on my 2001 TJ by a shop who knows auto electrics, Summer of 2019. Trying to cope with Arizona rush hours and traffic and to cool down an AC Jeep in the summer . I was skeptical about the reliability of the engine but decided to give it a try. Worked great but after about 6 months the relay blew and the Jeep overheated in the winter months. Replaced the relay and it lasted about 30 days before it happened again. Brought it back to the store. The diagnosis was that the motor was drawing more current than the relays could handle and needed to be replaced. I went to another store and got the same diagnosis. The question is, do you take a chance and buy a new motor or eat the money and go back to stock? Engine. It seems to be working now with no problems.
