Update :: I originally gave 5 stars but have now changed it to 2 stars. Customer service is really good. I have 3 pairs and the first pair stopped charging. The 2nd pair turns on and off, and the 3rd pair doesn't even turn on for me. I paid for the first pair. I got the second with the gift card you get when they mail you something about leaving a review and the third was a replacement. I ended up going and just ordered from another company. Just threw them in the trash. Dislikes: I have long hair, if it's long it gets caught underneath. It's the only thing I don't like and I usually use them to cleanse or exercise to keep my hair loose. For example: they stay in my ear, don't feel like falling out, the sound quality is good, I don't hear any hissing. . The case itself can charge for maybe a week if not longer, which is nice. The earbuds might last a couple of hours, but they charge up fairly quickly, even going from empty to full.
