But only good for the money.

This stabilizer took the strain off my arm and wrist but added it to my back and caused back pain. If you're serious about stabilization, I'd spend the extra $175 (which I did) on a Galaxy Flycam. It has two springs instead of one like the comfort stabilizer arm and vest which give much smoother video and the weight is placed on the thigh area which reduces back fatigue and soreness. Very happy with Galaxy.
