I love that it has helped me tremendously in my career search process as well as hiring managers are able to see candidates within our system! The ability to upload documents from anywhere at any time helps keep everything organized - even if you do not have access while traveling or working remotely there's no worry about losing an application because they were never submitted due to internet issues etc.

There could be some improvements such as making applications more intuitive so recruiters know how to navigate through them without having to seek help everytime which can sometimes make things frustrating (even though this isn't their fault). But overall i would say its been helpful thus far especially when trying to get applicants up fast before interviews/screenings where we don’t always have enough people onboarded by hand everyday!! We use entirerecruiter mostly during applicant management stage but also try using other parts like scheduling interview times via online meetings, payroll processing.
