Do not trust temperature readings.

The product is a cool concept, but there are some shortcomings. No, it does not cool down in the specified time frame. Yes, the display might show 32F, but when you put the thermometer in, it still has a long way to go to reach the set temperature.1. The temperature control leaves a lot to be desired. That's very inaccurate. Yes, there are 3 different temperature settings you can set. One for the high-frequency range, one for the mid-range and one for the coldest range. So if you set the average temperature range to be accurate, e.g. e.g. 32, and the coldest range in which it was accurate, e.g. B. 0 F, it is only accurate at the temperature you set it to. Yes, there may be others around. If you set the radiator temperature to 22 degrees Fahrenheit, it can read an internal temperature of 29 and the compressor will run. You set it one degree colder and now it shows an internal temperature of 19 and the compressor switches off. It has to do with the temperature control. If you need to adjust the temperature correction up one area and down another, you'll notice these issues, especially when you move from one area to another. So what is the internal temperature? If you're worried about the temperature because it contains food, consider keeping a thermometer inside and keeping an eye on it. When we went camping to keep the mean radiator temp below 38F, due to the radiator vent (yes it was completely plugged) I had to keep the temp in the mid 20's which means that's all you want, really stays cold. Put it on the sides, like meat, and in the middle put what you don't need, like cold. At night I set the temp to 32F when the lid wouldn't open or close, and in the morning it was 32-34F.2 at the center of the cooler. The cooling coils, which run inside for cooling, are located halfway up the side. Cold air falls down, so the bottom half is colder than the top. I have another portable car fridge with an aluminum case inside and coils on it. It cools three times faster and cools everything from top to bottom. There are also no temperature sensors where they would measure better. I think in a fridge the temperature sensor is hidden under the compressor and electronics. It is located in the coldest and most protected area of the radiator, so the internal temperature is not accurately displayed, especially if this area is never exposed to the air when the radiator is opened and closed.3. Due to the design of the cooler, there is a compartment under the compressor that is only accessible if you pull out everything in front of it. Some other brands mount the compressor at the bottom and then create a shelf above the compressor so you can always get to anything without having to unload half the cooler to get to something. It works, your food stays cold (and even keeps the ice frozen, not stone frozen like in the freezer) and it's better than having ice on hand and trying to put the food back in the fridge because the ice is sticking to its Space has fallen when you take out the ketchup, all the labels come off because there is water in the fridge, or water gets into your cheese or potato salad because a package is leaking.

  • cute little thing
Cons
  • volume
