I bought 3 and used 2 at a time as only 1 didn't open that BB filter . I placed one at 9 and 3 o'clock instead of wrapping two together so I could use my right and left hands on either side of the filter to unclip it. it was opened 2 months ago with 1 handle and 2 clamps and oiled before closing. I personally made sure that this time after changing the filter it was only tightened by hand. If it didn't open on each side I was prepared to glue 2 together on each side for a total of 4 to ensure a good grip and reduce the chance of breaking the handle. They fit perfectly on a filter almost 6 inches in diameter.
