The service provided was exceptional! Their team of experts are extremely knowledgeable, responsive & professional to work with - can't say enough good things about them all (including our CEO!) I wish they could provide more guidance in terms of managing my account once it's been set up for me. We were looking at ways we could better engage customers through social media channels as part of an overall strategy overhaul. It became clear that there wasn’t one particular channel or toolset which would be most effective across multiple platforms so we took this opportunity to look into other options including fractionally managed accounts such as those offered by FRCM OOHO/Fracture Media Group.
