Will not hold roll
The plastic clips holding the towel roll are not strong enough to hold the roll in place. The roll falls and causes paper jams. To make it work you need to insert a piece of PVC pipe into the secondary reel seat. I don't understand why it was so difficult. The instructions do not contain any troubleshooting information and do not address the issue we are having.
