**UPDATE** I have not contacted the seller as the return period has expired - I have just left a review. The seller noticed my review, refunded the purchase price and sent me a new shower head. The new head works, there are no leaks yet, the pressure is good, all adjustments work. The seller is very confident in their product and supports it which speaks volumes. I would buy from them again anytime. And to reiterate, I didn't actually contact them (maybe I should have) as the return period had already expired - I just left a review. They noticed my review - they clearly have a vested interest in customer satisfaction and they did it here. I've had this shower head for 2 months now. Installed according to instructions. Everything worked fine at first, but only on certain settings. For example, a fine spray setting will cause water to drip near the floor. I rechecked the plumbing and gaskets (I've installed a lot of showerheads) - everything looked fine and everything worked with what I would call a simple shower spray (no fine jet or pseudo-massage). However, after two months of almost daily use, more water was dripping from the bottom of the shower head, causing a noticeable drop in performance. I removed the shower head and put in a new gasket - didn't help. I then removed the water restrictor as instructed. There is no joy. What was originally a 4 star product now has a 1.
