I recently made a buy on LookbookStore, and regrettably, I couldn't be happier with the results. First of all, the shipping took longer than anticipated, and when my order did come, the clothing's quality was very low. The material was flimsy and inexpensive, and the sizes were totally incorrect. Even worse, when I attempted to get in touch with customer support to return my items, I got nowhere for a few days. As soon as I did receive an answer, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, which I found to be wholly unacceptable given the subpar items I had been sent. I was very disappointed with LookbookStore overall, and I would not suggest it to anyone seeking for high-quality clothing and dependable customer service.
