Very professional and quick as well
The most important thing I like about this firm is their honesty - they will tell you what it takes to be successful within your budget parameters. They are very good at getting things done quickly with minimal fuss or complications (for example-they can write code for us). There was one time when we were doing an upgrade that involved moving our data from Oracle 11gR2 database servers running under Solaris 9 OSs into new DBAs using MySQL 5/MariaDB 10 platform where there would not have been any compatibility issues between them. We had heard some rumours but did'nt take those seriously until after we started working together because these firms tend to keep quiet unless something goes wrong which made me feel uncomfortable! But then again if everything's fine why should someone talk?
