I've been growing my hair out since I started working at home so I'm used to all long hair including buns. With this brush, I quickly found that it was very difficult for her to comb my hair. I've always had fairly thick hair, the barbers I've gone to in the past have used thinners quite a bit. Combined with the length of my hair, the soft bristles on this brush don't seem to have the stiffness needed to get through my hair to my scalp and I can't brush them. Maybe this brush will work. better for me when I cut my hair back, but unfortunately it's not very useful for me so far.
