I bought this to replace a cheap PWM controller as I wanted it to be waterproof. I agree with the previous review that the wires are a bit flimsy. The indicator lights could be a bit brighter, and I'd like to be able to turn them off when not in use (e.g. at night) to reduce ghosting. I connected in parallel with another cheap PWM controller and this controller and this controller has a much better charge according to my multimeter. It also has reverse polarity protection. The price is right and it looks well made.
