I ordered this for my mom who lives 1000 miles away. It arrived with light scratches and had it been delivered to my address I probably would have requested an exchange. It was a gift so I sent it straight to my mom. Small scratches didn't bother her and she liked that. I would buy this again! I just hope it arrives in perfect condition next time.
