Lots of people make hiking shoes.but few make them as good as the folks at Keen do. These particular shoes are no exception! Very sturdy, comfortable, and supportive in the spots where you need it the most when hiking (particularly the ankles). These shoes say they are waterproof and while I have not personally tested it yet, I have no doubt they will hold out there too. Another thing I really like is the style of tread on the bottom doesn't just have great grip, but it's easy to get dirt out of when you are done with your adventure.These shoes are worth every penny they cost and then some. They will last you for years.Keens always do. Two thumbs up!
