Pleasant working environment and good management
I have been working at this Firm for about 5 years now as an associate attorney (1st year) to current Senior Counselor position which involves handling internal investigations involving our clients/clients' employees etc., drafting contracts including employment agreements; preparing non-compete clauses and other restrictive covenants required by employers under various state laws such as California Business Code Section 16600 et seq.; assisting partners or senior attorneys while they are out due to illness / vacation leave - often times it's just me who has no choice but handle their cases alone because there isn't any one else available! The best thing that i like most here was my direct supervisor whom we call "The Boss" he always makes sure everything goes well within his power to make things happen quickly without causing delay.
There were some instances where management did not seem interested enough into solving problems when needed rather letting them linger around until eventually someone gets sick from being annoyed too long so you're.
