Review on Plantonix by Anthony Hobby

My anticipation for using Plantonix for my horticulture projects was high, but I was disappointed to find that their extensive selection of products and services did not meet my requirements. To begin, the standard of their products was below average, and the high prices that they charged for them were not justified. I had to send back a few things because they were either broken or did not function in the way that was described in the advertisement. Second, their customer support did not respond to my inquiries and was not of any assistance. When I called to ask about a certain item, I was placed on hold for a considerable amount of time before being disconnected from the line. I tried reaching out to their customer support staff via email, but I never got a response from them. Last but not least, the transportation and installation services they provided were a complete disaster. My items arrived late and were not in good condition. Additionally, the crew that installed them was unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills. In general, I was underwhelmed by the breadth and depth of Plantonix's product and service offerings. They are not something I would suggest to anyone who is interested in designing the backyard or garden of their desires.
