Very cheap frame.
According to the packaging, the stand is made of stainless steel. This is clearly not true. its black lacquered wire. Also, the wire was bent to keep it from laying flat on the counter and wobbling, and one of the welds was broken. The bottles have screw caps for no reason. Poorly made, I think it's all you can expect for the low price. Fill tops seem to work well, that's the only reason to consider them.
