Favorite baby spoon we've ever tried!

So I got the turquoise spoon out of these a while ago and now that my 4 month old son is teething and wondering what we are eating I thought this would be the perfect spoon for him. The cork prevents him from putting it in his mouth too far. His tiny hands are easy to hold. He can chew on any part of it and that seems to ease his discomfort. And it is ideal for him to practice putting a small amount of food in his mouth. The spoon part is rounded just enough and when he tries to suck on it he realizes that's not really the point and instead tries to lick and swallow so I'm really glad it's helping him to learn that. It's also great to be able to preload it with a tiny chunk of mashed avocado or a dash of applesauce and let it have a little fun while I try to eat something. The reason I put a star is because this is the lightest and is slightly different from my original teaspoon. Its spoon part is stiffer, a little smaller and a little flatter. I'm pretty picky and these are still fantastic spoons and I love that they come in a pack of 2 spoons as we don't use forks yet. However, I clearly had an older model and the updated version is not exactly the same. Great spoons again, but a pity they didn't change them. If I didn't have my original to compare to, I probably wouldn't have any complaints! We've tried a billion baby spoons and this is by far my favorite!
