The part fits and is screwed correctly, but you can tell that it is not as good quality as the OEM part. The end play on the motor shaft is about 2mm and is not as quiet as the OEM part. The fan end and OEM case also don't fit as closely together, so airflow is reduced somewhat. Bottom line, it fits and works well, but not as well as the OEM part, which costs more.
