We watched the assembly video before purchasing the tree and everything seemed so easy to assemble and set up. But the tree didn't fit the video at all. There was a hodgepodge of branches that didn't look anything like the video. Also, there were no "ribbons" holding up the branches as shown in the video. Hundreds of needles fell from the tree to the ground. When trying to arrange several branches, they broke off in our hands. The wiring around the branches made no sense. It got out of control and tangled around the branches so they couldn't be positioned without spending 30 minutes re-routing the wires. Finally, after we set up the tree, three lightbulbs were lying on the ground and we had no idea where the missing sockets were on the tree.
