It fits my big melon head!
I have a 7 5/8" head and took a chance on this Hickok45 inspired cap on youtube. I checked it out and pulled the trigger. . The description was "medium" and I was concerned that I might end up with a different cap that looks like I got it from a minor league baseball player. Lots of space, sits low and is comfortable.
