I like that they do not charge per translation job but rather pay with usage or monthly subscription which is very good! Sometimes it takes some time to get an answer from their support team in case you have any doubts about your order status etc.. They are doing great work as long there's enough demand of language pairs - more languages will be added soon too!! And yes we use them when translating our website content into different target markets (Spanish). We use multiple sources including Google Translate API however sometimes it doesn't give us accurate results so using Lingo helps me solve this problem since its quality control over automatic machine-translation systems.
