The case is SOFT. That pretty much says it all and it's in her name too!
Never thought what a soft case was. I got it new, I don't like the feeling. It doesn't feel sturdy for travel and it's too bulky to fit in a secure backpack bag. I feel like it's mostly my fault and not the design so I think instead of giving 3 stars I'll give 4. The product works as intended just doesn't meet my needs. So yes, 4 stars for sure.
