I would never dare tell another person how to spend their money, but for this; i need to speak I just received this bathrobe and immediately saw that it was poorly made. The material is the same as the cheap halloween costume, I ordered the size XL that says on the label but it is 2 times bigger and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE MATERIAL AND SHAPE ARE ALL DEFORMED. Pockets up to the stomach, the neckline hangs down at the back. I immediately requested a refund and received a response from the seller to print the label and take it to the post office. I can't speak for others, but my time is money and I don't personally know anyone in the 21st century who owns a printing business. I called the Regency New York salesman and for lack of a better word spoke to a customer service representative for 38 minutes because he refused to help (THEN HE ASKED ME IF I QUESTIONED). He invited me on a conference call with a guy who claimed to be the CEO; They took my concerns as a joke. They BOTH told me I would have to PAY to have the label printed and PAY for the return shipping (a cost I wouldn't incur if I went to a reputable shop). The so-called CEO asked me, like the first man, about my personal affairs and how to take their company public, UNPROFESSIONALLY UNPROFESSIONALLY! They claimed I WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO EVER REQUESTED A REFUND and didn't bother asking customers to put themselves at risk of contracting COVID-19 (strange considering they are in New York, which is hardest hit by COVID-19). I'll throw away this junk and buy it from a reputable store.
