Review on Yokohama Advan Sport V105 245/45 R19 98Y summer by Wiktor Borowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

When compared to the Hankook Ventuz Prime 2 205x55x16 tires that come standard on the KIA Sid, these tires have the following advantages: - Better coastdown and lower fuel consumption. - Better reaction to steering movements. - It's a lot noisier at the beginning of the movement, which is really terrible (I write when it's -3 degrees outdoors). However, the advertised decibel level for this size is 71, and they produce about the same amount of noise on average. - I did not have time to analyze the vehicle's acceleration and braking performance, but I noticed that the brake pedal felt "heavier" when the winter Velcro was installed. The tire has a more rigid feel over bumps, but it is noticeably quieter and thumps less than Hankook. The protection has a rough texture, whilst the sides are more pliable.

Pros
  • Made in Japan 8.7 kg is a respectable weight for Japan.
Cons
  • Until I see. You can point the finger at the noise, but it's currently -3 degrees outside.
