My 1999 3 Series needed a new radio. I bought a new radio. But then: catastrophe. It does not connect to the standard antenna connector. I needed an adapter, and a fast one at that, otherwise I wouldn't have a radio. Luckily, Revain came to the rescue and had a plug adapter that I was able to purchase. Product description says VW, packaging says VW. But it works for BMW and that's enough for me. Buy this and you too will have a working radio in your old BMW. Or you know you can just buy an iPod.
