The ease of use of the software is what I like best about it. It's very simple to navigate and easy to figure out how to do things that you need to do. There are some features that could be improved. For example, having one place to keep all your reservations would make sense, but they're not there yet. Also, being able to have different types of rooms, with different pricing structures, would be nice. This is great if you don't want to pay the high rates of hotels in your area.
