Very Spicy/ Good Value
I made this purchase because I exercise and eat lots of fresh veg and fruit and make lots of protein drinks. So this Basily Premium Julienne did its job very well. So far I've used them for apples, carrots, potatoes and kiwis. They retained their sharpness with every use. I used my friend Titanium Julienne which I found to be a bit stronger/heavier and even spicier. I have these and they are just as sharp and a little lighter. She paid double what I paid for her.
