I like that it has become easier to send gift cards with this app, as well as being able to make appointments for someone in one place! The customer service is also excellent - they are always willing to help me or answer questions if needed. It can be difficult at times navigating through all of the features available within the program (sometimes you have to reorder after sending out an order). If the recipient likes chocolate/sweets there isn't much else included by default when making orders online vs picking from inventory which could save some time overall. We use for gifting our clients, employees & family members via corporate accounts but we're now beginning to do more personalized deliveries directly into customers' homes too! This makes giving so easy since most people don't even realize how helpful their favorite treats really were until days later!!
