We have copper accents in out kitchen, so I was immediately drawn to this. We have used French Presses for many years, and have quite a collection of brands and sizes. I gave this one to my husband for Christmas. We were both surprised and puzzled when he read the accompanying paperwork and realized that the glass insert was glued in! Why? Ridiculous. It is beautiful, yes, but most certainly "designed" by someone who has never used one. We are very disappointed.
