Support was great. They really tried to help. However, the device does not work quite as one would hope. I think it works by blocking DNS requests to specific locations instead of blocking actual traffic to the site. Basically, your device won't access a website if it doesn't know what an IP address is, what the DNS record does. My problem is that DNS is cached on our Chromebooks. So once you allow scheduled access to a website, the box really can't block access until 24 hours (or until the cached entry expires, or until you manually clear the DNS cache). works great for blocking accidental one-time access to websites, but doesn't work for things like youtube that the kid accesses at unsupervised times, allowing them to access youtube at supervised times. The funny thing is that in the app I see the box claiming to block access to YouTube while watching YouTube videos on the device. If you're having trouble with devices you haven't tracked, go to the app and make sure you mark those devices as ignored. This solved my connection problems on unsupervised devices.
