We've used this about 5 times so far and we love it! The chair that came with it is quite literally a toddler chair, so we didn't use it. The first time we used the sauna we sat on the floor on a towel so we could be completely inside. We've also used a standard dining chair with a towel over it, so it's nice that it's still large enough to hold the regular chair and one of us. I am 5'6" 195lbs and my husband is 5'10" 230lbs and we were each separately able to sit pretty comfortably inside. There's no way both of us would have fit at the same time. Putting it together was super easy, but getting it to fold back up and fit in that little bag was not, so I gave up and just folded it in its standing position and now store it in a space in our closet and use the little bag for the poles and pieces. It steams great, you can add essential oils or a plant sprig of your choice. Overall we're really happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it.
