These little snacks are tasty but very sweet. I don't feel any almond oil in the middle. Her taste is mainly cinnamon. They are light and crunchy, high in fiber and protein. For me, however, they didn't satisfy the need for "mass" in the stomach. I've been using it as a milk porridge since I had celiac disease. Overall, I would definitely recommend it as a healthy, light snack or another great way to get fiber!
