I saw a demonstration of the product online and decided to buy it. Installation is pretty easy aside from the fact that you're in the attic, bent over, kneeling and hot, squirming in your own puddle of sweat, aside from the fact that they're going to be simple as shown in the product demo where the guy stands upright and can do so without impairment. I measured the temperature before and after, so it's at least 10° colder than another in in an uninsulated state. From uninsulated you feel the ray of radiant heat and from insulated - warm, but there is no draft. And I have yet to insulate the attic above the domes to further insulate it. So I think they will pay off in the summer. Count on at least one can of 2 dome Styrofoam, don't skimp on expansion foam if you have leftovers, locate all the boxes, vents, anything that goes through the ceiling and seal any cracks with leftover material. Make you still feel hot and sad there...
