The ability to integrate seamlessly with my existing ad server. There was nothing specific that I disliked about it, however there are certain features that could be made more intuitive (some of which have been requested by clients). It's worth noting that a customer support team has always been very responsive and helpful whenever we've needed them. I don't have any major dislikes at this time. It's just a matter of getting used to the UI and learning how to use the tool. We're using it in an effort to automate our A/B testing process. Automating our workflow will help us increase the speed of our tests as well as decrease labor costs related to manual data collection and analysis.
