Ordered a size up based on reviews. I usually wear XL briefs (my hips are 43 inches across the bone. I have big muscles). However, XXL was too big. They look good from the back and side, but they just seem too big from the front. I tried tying them tighter which only gave me a bump. They are stretchy so I would take your actual size. If you wear XL, take XL. If you wear M, take M. Also, they are cute :) and I think I will like them in the right size I already have.
