Everything is relative. Prior to that, I drove Amtel Nordmaster ST-310 for 12 years. Considering that the snow in our city is rarely removed, I immediately felt the difference. The Yokohama loses control on a snowy road at 50 km/h. When entering 40 km / h on a roundabout, the car begins to skid slightly. Prior to that, Amtel drove to neighboring cities about 250-300 km along a snow-covered highway at a speed of 80-100 km / h, including during heavy snowstorms - there were no problems with handling at all. On the Yokohama Ice Guard IG55, I would not dare to accelerate on the track over 60 km / h. The only drawback of the Amtel Nordmaster ST-310 was noise at speeds over 80 km/h. the tread was quite toothy (and then only on bare asphalt, on a snowy track was absent). On Amtel I got stuck if I sat on my belly, on Yokohama I got stuck until the car was buried. And Amtel's spikes began to fall out only after 10 years of use. I would buy Amtel Nordmaster ST-310 again, it's a pity that they were removed from sale (I found the size R14 185/70)
