I had the same star curtain set for years until a couple of wires pulled from stars. I figured it was cheap enough to replace rather than fix. This set looks exactly the same but is even more cheaply made than the first set I had. The biggest complaint is that I only want them on steady, once you shut them off it loses the setting and you have to cycle through 7 settings to get to steady again. (Most of these settings are also way too fast/flashy, can't imagine anyone using them. A little twinkle wouldn't be bad, but some of these are seizure inducing!) So having them on a timer is useless. My first set did not do this, it had multiple settings but went back to the one it was set to every time you turned it on.
