Review on LEAP powered by FLOvate by Jeff Figueroa

I am using this software for quite some time now, it is very user friendly as well has easy learning curve from scratch which makes me feel comfortable while working around its interface or features of any kind. The support team also helps us out when we face issues related to our product usage/installation etc., they are always willing help even if their hands full at that particular moment! There isn't anything much i dislike about my experience so far but yes there could have been more options available under one category like "Change settings" option (whereas currently only few categories come into picture). We use many other softwares too such as Salesforce CRM & ServiceNow along side Leap where both these platforms work seamlessly together hence no problems faced here :) It's great tool overall once installed properly will give good results over others who havenot used them before hand due lack knowledge regarding same!
