It worked great as a vacuum to drain the master cylinder of old fluid, but was terrible as a vacuum vent. It seemed to be sucking in air somewhere because I couldn't get all the air bubbles out when flushing the brake system. I ended up making a bleed bottle out of hose and a plastic water bottle, and gravity bled my system. Watch videos on YouTube how to do it. After the second use, the silver air diffuser on the end of the handle broke off when I tried to unscrew the triangular shaped bottle to empty. The bottle is difficult to handle due to its shape and oiliness. Make your own pump bottle as it works better and is cheaper.
