Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!
Excellent scales that can assess the state of the body. Parameters that can be assessed are total weight, vesceral fat weight, bone mass, muscle mass. The scales only display the weight, everything else is visible in the MiFit mobile application, I also use the third-party Notify for MiBand application, which, in my opinion, is more convenient, here you can easily follow the trend of changes in body parameters. I took a photo and Pervomaisky barbecue immediately became noticeable :(
