Large, comfy, and long-lasting, this is my second chair of this style. I sold the other one and immediately came to regret my decision. Has pros: Strong mechanical construction and design. Many chairs advertise the presence of a gas lift of some kind as a selling point, but in reality, the strength of the chair is determined by the rocking mechanism in the first place. Rocking mechanisms cannot be robust in chairs that are locked by inserting a metal rod into the chair's interior, therefore this selling point is misleading. In this case, everything is in working order, and the mechanism known as the "butterfly" is as dependable as a spring from a couch. Having this drawback: The so-called "carbon" rim material appears to be of poor quality, the seams could be more precise, and the plastic pads that are attached to the seat mounts do not give the impression of being particularly long-lasting and, in my opinion, will come loose in due course.
