First I have to thank Gearonic for their customer service. I first bought a smaller bag which didn't last more than a week - the magnetic closure button fell apart for no apparent reason. In fairness, it should be noted that any product can suffer from a defective part. When I contacted them they immediately offered to replace the item - going so far as to send a replacement without waiting for them to receive my defective bag. Anyway, the other bag seemed too small. I asked to upgrade to this large bag and they offered a quick refund. So I sent the small bag back and bought this bag instead. I've had the bag for about a month now and can give a fair review. As I said, in general I am satisfied with the bag. But it could be a little better, so. Pros: 1. Nice looking bag that fits my 15" MacBook Pro. A bit snug but can do the job. 2. The shoulder strap is a decent length and is found comfortable. 3. Has real durable buttons on the front pockets Some cons: 1. It's. Blitz isn't the highest class. I'm careful with them but I'm not sure how long they will last. They tend to be catchy and don't slip up and down. I... could see how it can cause the zipper to rip or break if you rush.2.Side pockets are useless.You have to unzip them to access and they are too small for real water bottles.3.The magnetic buttons on the front straps are weak. They always come off by themselves.4. There are no easy-to-access pockets on the back of the bag. There was one in a previously purchased small bag, and it was very convenient. Suggestions: 1. You should the side pockets abolish or completely redesign. They are impractical for holding water bottles or most modern phones. In the current design, I'm looking at them for looks alone.2. Avoid magnetic buttons. A design that uses a plastic quick release system works much better and faster.3. Add a pocket on the back of the bag, accessible from the outside.
