We are using this service for temporary employees at my current workplace in order that we do not have an overabundance staff members during our off season period when there isn't much need fro additional manpower; as well it helps manage expectations by giving clients advance notice if needed or desired assistance comes up unexpectedly which enables us better planning ahead without needing extra people around just incase a sudden call outs occures unexpectedly - I wish however you could request your own specific schedule rather than being assigned one! The scheduling process itself takes very little time yet provides instant transparency once done so i can then begin working accordingly within minutes after confirmation has been completed (without having too many jobs pop simultaneously). The tool is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. It also has very good customer service. There are times when it takes a while for a response or answer to be given. I think that this could be improved by getting back to customers faster. It's a great tool to use and helps you keep track of your time and manage your schedule. It is so easy to use and allows me to do my job better.
