The material is very strange. The pattern is super cute! This is not your typical raincoat material. It's almost like waterproof parachute fabric. Yes, it's water resistant, but it does get wet and needs to be dried after use, unlike a real rubber or thick plastic raincoat. The zipper is also of poor quality and seems to get stuck easily. The lining is soft, super cute and true to size, easy to feel and act like cheap. Which was relative, so here it is.
