My daughter/SIL and grandchildren love this swing. My youngest grandson has cerebral palsy. So the spider swing had to have some of the qualities that this one has. First, the ground is solid. Next, the upholstery is sewn along the edges. This keeps my grandson from grabbing his arms/legs. Finally, the swing can either rotate or swing straight back and forth. Another important feature that helps my grandson. His physical therapist and occupational therapist occasionally used the swing as part of their home therapy. (They try to use things around the house) So, great swing for all kids including those who might not otherwise be able to play on it. Clear recommendation.
